Job Summary : Maganti IT Resources LLC is seeking one professional for full-time employment (40 hours a week) for the position of Product Specialist at a competitive salary.
Job duties to include but not limited to : Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the tools for digital media playback, delivery, content management, syndication, processing, and consumer identity & analytics. Will be responsible for advancing products that collectively power multi-platform and multi-brand consumer experiences. Drive product roadmaps, transition and enhance existing workflows, identify process improvements, and contribute to cross functional technical and operations teams to design, build, and launch product features in support of content delivery across multiple consumer experiences and devices. Collaborate with Product Managers responsible for building products that power TVE (TV Everywhere) consumer experiences across mobile, desktop, and connected devices for multiple brands. Engage with multiple clients/business units/internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and capabilities for internal development teams and 3rd party developers. Fully document product features as user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. Contribute to grooming sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date backlog of clearly defined features/stories. Collaborate with product manager, system architect and scrum master to scope each development sprint, track progress, and work through development hurdles to help deliver a great product on time and within scope. Build upon and maintain client-facing product documentation. Present documentation to external and internal business partners. Ensure consistent communication back to clients and stakeholders on development progress and product delivery timelines as well as conduct feature roadmap overviews periodically. Conduct training sessions for clients/business units.
Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or closely related or its equivalent.
Tools/Technology/Skills Required : ERP- Workday, CRM, SCM, SDLC; Java, SQL, XML and excellent understanding of web services and Restful APIs; Demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills; role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities; Experience Agile SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, and rollout management; Product management experience in digital media, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps as well as launches; Direct client engagement experience; Integrating with API/Service based products in cloud infrastructure; Interactive media, mobile design & app development; Experience in Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress; Relevant work experience in the technology or media industry.
