Every individual has a unique story and every single story teaches us something in life. We have collected a short story about the journey of an EDI Analyst/Coordinator, Revathi Nagarajan. We had a chance to have a brief Q &A session with Revathi who has over 9+ years of hands-on experience in the areas of Packaged Software Analysis, Design, and Implementations of developing enterprise solutions in various domains such as Retail and HealthCare. Revathi has a proven track record of numerous client appreciation on successful EDI Implementations and received " EBI Excellence award" and "Achievers Award" for the best individual performance in team.
GP: How did you start your career?
Reva:I was selected by Wipro in a campus recruitment drive during my final year of my Undergraduate Degree.
GP: What was your dream job when you were a kid?
Reva: I always wanted to be a teacher when I was a kid
GP: How do you think you've changed from a new grad to a seasoned pro?
Reva: The transition slowly comes with experience in different projects and exposure to various technology areas.
GP: What did it take to get from where you were to where you are now?
Reva: My passion towards a willingness to learn new skills. I always wanted to learn things and always thrived on taking challenges in life. I still do at present.
GP: What are your side projects? Do they help keep you going, or are they professional growth?
Reva: No additional projects at the moment as it has been juggling professional career and motherhood. I am involved in my current ongoing project and balancing my professional and personal life parallelly.
GP: What kind of challenges do you face on a day to day work and how do you overcome them?
Reva: As a single point of contact for my current application, some days are busier than others and I overcome the stress by planning the day ahead.
GP: Do you have any advice you would like to give to our readers?
Reva: In whatever phase of technology you are in, constantly look for ways to improve yourself and the organization which will help elevate yourself. Never give up. Appreciate every moment and take from those moments everything that you possibly can.
